Text

The thing I am most proud about in my life is my family. I am very proud of my three grandchildren. My daughter recently completed a Master Degree in Art and Design, and is returning to complete a PHD. My values were learnt early on in life through my church and school. My mother was very strict so I knew the difference between right and wrong. As I reflect on my life, when we came back to Belfast from Enniskillen in 1943 I started to keep a diary. This was a present from Ray. This I kept writing for many years. I have written it religiously since then. I would not miss a day writing now. I often reflect back on past events and memories I could write about. I would need another book.
