Text

At first there was only my father and myself, but, as the business expanded, we took on staff and always organised a meal for them at Christmas. We always prided ourselves on having created a friendly working environment and our employees were part of our extended family. Gerry McManus worked with us on a Saturday for over 30 years. Together with his wife, Cilla and my wife, Joan, we went to all the major concerts in Dublin. If it was on we were there.
