Text

Some of the games we played were 'I packed my bag to go to Paris and in it put' The first person started selected an item, the next had to repeat what the first person said and add another item and so on. Anyone missing an item had to drop out of this great memory game, until a winner emerged. A game that caused a lot of laughter and was much enjoyed was when one of us was elected in turn to answer a question put to them. Without smiling or laughing the answer always had to be Paddy's Black Pig or else the person was put out. Difficult to give this answer, when the question is who is your mother married to? We also played ludo, snakes _n' ladders, blind man's bluff, postman's knock and pass the parcel -the person holding the parcel had to drop out when the music stopped.
